Migraine and other headache disorders rank among the most prevalent health issues globally. Affecting over 1 billion people, migraines are three times more common in women, but they also impact 10% of children and one in 16 men.
The Global Burden of Disease study identifies migraine as the 2nd leading cause of years lived with disability. Despite their widespread impact, migraines often go under-diagnosed and under-treated, leaving many patients without proper management and relief.
